Jeremias Cipriano and his team of painters recently completed a large painting and drywall repair job in my home. I could not have been more pleased with their work. I am writing this recommendation for Cipriano Contracting because I was very happy with the work they performed for me. Jeremias Cipriano and his crew painted the exterior of my home, including the replacement of a tremendous amount of wood; power washed my deck, built a tool shed, replaced a screen door, repaired a bench, and cleaned the gutters of my home. Everything was done extremely well, and professionally, with consideration for my complete satisfaction before the job was considered complete. I know that the house was prepared as it should have been prior to painting, and that two coats were truly given on all areas of the house, as we discussed. I was very pleased that the crew were all areas of the house, as we had discussed. I was very pleased that the crew were excellent carpenters in addition to painters, so that I did not have to hire a separate company for that work and coordinate the two. All work was done in a timely and neat fashion, without interrupting my job for anything but unavoidable weather situations. I would certainly hire Cipriano Contracting in the future, and consider myself a perfectionist when I have work done on my house -- luckily they are too.

You called me an in a timely and efficient manner came to give me an appraisal, detailing the specifics of what had to be done, and quoting a price I found reasonable for the work. The deck reflects the labor each of your men put into it and the beauty of the wood grain. You took the time and effort to perfect the imperfections on the railing leveling off the rails and installing new pieces where others had split. During the last two years Jeremias Cipriano has completed three separate painting jobs in our home. In each case the work was done in an unusually professional manner which included starting on time; careful moving and placement of furniture, complete covering and protection of floors and not-to-be-painted areas, thorough surface preparation, excellent and accurate application of two coats everywhere and more than acceptable clean-up finalization. His pricing was competitive and he and his crew were very hard workers. I was very comfortable with them in our home. Several times now we have had "grandchild damage" on the painted walls but have found them surprisingly easy to clean without marks.
